We want to hire a go getter with great HVAC product knowledge, inside sales experience, and good people skills to join our Inside Sales and Operations team. WE'RE HIRING NOW!!

Here are the experience and education levels we're looking for:
- Someone with a great track record of at least 2 years HVAC experience and knowledge.
- Inside Sales experience

-Operations experience
- Minimum Grade 12 education.

Here's what you'll typically be doing:
- Handling customer quotes (in person/by phone).
- Taking customer orders and inquiries (either by phone or in person).
- Picking customer orders, replenishing parts and organizing warehouse

Here are the important skills and personal qualities you'll need to do this job well:
- Good computer skills

- A strong desire to meet or exceed customer expectation
- A willingness to build a good knowledge of company HVAC products and their applications.

This is a really critical role for us. We want to ensure we fill it with the right person. So we look for an outgoing personality with a positive attitude about themselves and their work, good product knowledge, someone who hustles every day, who is safety consciousness, has 2 years HVAC experience, inside sales and operations experience, possibly in the wholesale plumbing & heating industry or HVAC business, and will be a good fit for both Frontier and our customers.
