The HVAC Division of Frontier Plumbing & Heating Supply, located at 1320 Highfield Crescent S.E. in Calgary (Head Office),requires an efficient, reliable and professional Administrative Systems Assistant with an outgoing personality, eye for detail and advanced organizational and computer skills (Word, Excel, varied websites and browsers) to work in a busy wholesale warehouse distribution environment. Hours are generally Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with 1 hour (unpaid) for lunch.

The incumbent is primarily responsible for providing HVAC administrative support in the day to day duties of the department. Duties will include:

  • filing
  • data entry
  • taking payments on point of sale and cash sales
  • processing warranty claims
  • answering phone calls and email inquiries
  • handling any other duties as may be assigned.

Minimum 1 -2 years warranty and administrative experience, ideally in the wholesale plumbing/HVAC or waterworks/pumps business, is required. Similar background in other businesses will be considered.

Great customer service skills, computer skills, organizational skills and document management skills are essential. Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent is also required.
