EXPERIENCED COUNTER SALES PERSONS (PLUMBING SIDE)

We are seeking highly motivated individuals who have great customer service skills and the right combination of knowledge and experience to be part of our Counter sales teams for our branches in Edmonton, Lethbridge and Red Deer.
These individuals may have plumbing knowledge, preferably with plumbing and heating wholesale experience, will have a strong customer service background and experience of 1-2 years, including Counter Sales experience or equivalent, and ideally a Grade 12.
Will be a point of contact for doing customer quotes primarily. Other duties will be receiving customer orders, including responding to customer inquiries by phone or in person, and picking orders. Good computer skills are a definite asset.
Will also focus on maintaining a high degree of customer support and satisfaction as well as developing a strong knowledge of company products and applications.
Steel toed footwear is required. Lifting and moving of 50 lb. boxes and some bending, reaching and stretching for parts while picking orders or bundling pipe comes with the job. Safety is a core value of our corporate culture so it is important to work in a safe manner. We are a COR certified employer through the Alberta Construction Safety Association.
